A highly sensitive, universal, and neutral detector for the
determination of compounds with little or no UV activity
such as: sugars, fats, triglycerides,
phosphoric lipids, detergents, polymers, natural
substances, pharmaceutical compounds or amino acids, and peptides.
The molecular characteristic of light scattering is set to be directly
proportional to that of the mole mass. Because of its drift-free detection as
well as its independent gradient choice, the ELSD 2000 offers a great variety
of applications in micro HPLC, combinatorial chemistry, and GPC.
